Terms and Conditions – Beat PKR Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Beat PKR ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the Beat PKR website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you accept these Terms in full without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Beat PKR. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms apply to all services available on Beat PKR, including but not limited to: Sports Betting, Betting markets, Live Casino, Slot Games, Fish Games, the VIP Programme and all deposit and withdrawal functionality.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Beat PKR you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Beat PKR reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point and to suspend or close accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally prohibited from participating in online gaming for any reason are not eligible to use Beat PKR.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one account on Beat PKR. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using a third party's identity — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
• Accurate information: All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

Beat PKR does not make representations regarding the legal status of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of Beat PKR complies with applicable laws in your location before registering or participating in any activity on the platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access betting, gaming and financial features on Beat PKR, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details and a valid payment method registered in your name.

Account security is your responsibility. You must keep your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential. Beat PKR will never ask you for your password through email, chat or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Beat PKR support immediately.

Beat PKR reserves the right to verify your identity at any point during your use of the platform. Verification may include submission of a valid government-issued identification document, proof of payment method ownership or source of funds documentation. Failure to complete a verification request within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or closure.

• Do not share your account credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Do not allow third parties to access your Beat PKR account or make deposits and bets on your behalf.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to Beat PKR support without delay.

Accounts found to be operated by or shared with third parties will be suspended and balances may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on Beat PKR are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section. Beat PKR does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used must be registered in your name.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your Beat PKR account balance in real time. Other methods may take longer depending on processing times. Beat PKR does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfer withdrawals. VIP members at higher tiers receive priority processing as part of their programme benefits.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Deposit section and may be updated from time to time.
• Beat PKR reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source of funds verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain amounts.
• Funds in your Beat PKR account do not accrue interest.
• Deposits made to your Beat PKR account are not covered by any government deposit protection scheme.
• Funds in your account may only be used for gaming and betting activity on Beat PKR — they cannot be transferred to other users.

5. Betting Rules & Settlement

Beat PKR offers sports betting and general betting markets covering cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports. All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market selected, in addition to these general Terms.

Bet placement: A bet is only confirmed once it appears in your bet history with a confirmed status. Bets placed during system errors, network interruptions or obvious pricing errors may be voided at Beat PKR's discretion. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been successfully placed before the event starts.

Void bets: If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled without a result, bets placed on that event will typically be voided and your stake returned in full. For events settled under DLS or other official rules, bets will be settled according to the official result. Specific void and settlement rules for individual markets are set out in the betting rules documentation accessible within the betting section of the platform.

Live betting: In-play bets on cricket and other sports are accepted subject to live odds availability. Beat PKR reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time during an event, for example due to technical issues, broadcast delays or significant events in play that require odds recalculation. Bets already confirmed before a market suspension are honoured.

Parlay and combination bets: Multi-leg bets settle once all legs are complete. If one leg is voided, the parlay continues with the remaining legs — the void leg is treated as a non-runner and the odds adjusted accordingly. If all legs are voided, the stake is returned.

• Beat PKR reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts on individual markets at its discretion.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your PKR balance immediately after settlement.
• Beat PKR does not accept bets placed after an event has already started unless the market is specifically designated as a live in-play market.
• Obvious pricing errors — odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — may be voided even after acceptance. Beat PKR will notify affected players when this occurs.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Beat PKR offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions, time limits and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds typically carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount must be bet through before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash — only winnings generated from meeting wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• Beat PKR reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including through multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns or other manipulation — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Free bets, if offered, must be used within the validity period specified in the individual offer terms.

7. Casino, Slots & Fish Games

Beat PKR's gaming offering includes Live Casino with real dealers, an extensive Slot Games library and Fish Games. All casino and gaming activity on Beat PKR uses real PKR balance — there is no play-money mode available for real-money games. Please ensure you are comfortable with the stakes before starting any gaming session.

Return to Player (RTP): Slot games and other casino titles have an inherent house edge built into their design, reflected in the RTP percentage. RTP is calculated over a very large number of game rounds and does not guarantee individual session outcomes. Short-term results can vary significantly from the published RTP.

Live Casino: Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios. Beat PKR is not responsible for stream interruptions caused by your internet connection. If a technical error interrupts a live casino round after a bet has been placed, the round will be settled based on the result recorded by the dealer and studio system, which is considered final.

Fish Games: Fish game sessions involve real PKR wagers. Outcomes in fish games are determined by the game engine and are not influenced by external factors. Each session is independent of previous sessions.

• Beat PKR reserves the right to add, modify or remove game titles from its library at any time.
• Game providers supply the gaming software — any technical malfunction in a game title will be addressed per the provider's established procedures.
• Maximum win limits per session may apply on certain game titles as specified in the individual game information.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Beat PKR and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent ban:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using Beat PKR to launder funds, process fraudulent transactions or engage in any activity that violates applicable financial crime regulations.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one Beat PKR account, whether in your own name or using false or borrowed identities.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses, free bets or promotions through coordinated multi-account activity, arbitrage strategies specifically targeting promotional terms, or any other manipulation of offer conditions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions made through your Beat PKR account via your payment provider. Accounts with active chargeback disputes will be suspended pending resolution.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software or any non-human system to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Providing false information: Submitting inaccurate, forged or misleading identity or payment documents during registration or verification.

Beat PKR employs automated and manual monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, Beat PKR reserves the right to close the account, retain the balance as compensation for damages and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Beat PKR reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete a requested identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicious betting patterns that suggest match-fixing, insider information or coordinated manipulation.
• Account security concerns — for example, multiple failed login attempts or evidence of unauthorised access.
• At the player's own request, including for self-exclusion purposes.

Voluntary closure: You may close your Beat PKR account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified PKR balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable upon account closure.

Beat PKR will not be liable for any losses you claim to have incurred as a result of account suspension where that suspension was made in good faith based on a suspected breach of these Terms.

10. Responsible Gaming
